Q:   Who do I need to contact before I build a deck on my house?
A:   In addition to the permits that are required by the City of Avon, all Highland Park residents are required to submit plans for decks and landscaping projects to the members of the Highland Park     Architectural Review Board (ARB). Please contact the Association Management company, Carlyle Management Co. at (800) 433-7465 or (216) 464-7465 to make arrangements to submit your project plans. ARB approval must be obtained PRIOR to starting work on your project. An ARB approval form can be found under the KEY DOCUMENTS section of the the ASSOCIATION tab on the top menu bar.
Q:   How do I obtain a pool pass?
A:   A pool pass (proximity card) is available free of charge (There is a $25 Refundable Security Deposit) after payment of your annual association dues. To obtain a pass please contact our association management company, Carlyle Management Co. at (800) 433-7465 or (216) 464-7465.  The Association's main contact is Ed Fratus at Ext. 228.
Q:   How do I go about renting the Clubhouse?
A:   The Highland Park Clubhouse rental is available to all Highland Park Homeowners (with accounts in good standing) for a fee of $75 plus a $100 refundable security deposit. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse or would like more information, please send an email to HJohnson@carlylemanagement.com. and one of the representatives will reply promptly to your email.  If you do not have access to email and would like to contact our association's management company by phone, you may reach the clubhouse reservation hotline at Carlyle Management Co. at (800) 433-7465 or (216) 464-7465 - Ext 230.

Q:   Who can I contact to get my Mailbox repaired?
A:   If your mailbox structure is severely damaged and needs replacement please contact the association's management company, Carlyle Management Co. at (800) 433-7465 or (216) 464-7465.  The Association's main contact is Ed Fratus at Ext. 228.  We have a limited number of mailbox posts on hand and will sell them to homeowners at cost.
Q:   How do I go about joining one of the many Highland Park committees?
A:   If you would like to become involved in one of the many committees please send an email to highland@highlandparkassoc.com or feel free to reach out to any one of the members of the association board or the managers of the respective committees.

Q:   When are my Annual Homeowners Association Dues due and where to I send payment?
A:   Highland Park Association Dues are due no later than April 1st. Please make checks to Highland Park Association and remit payment to:
