Meeting was called to order at 7:30
Attendees: Dave Celznick, Bill Mazzolini, Jeanne Stark, Highland Park HOA; Ed Fratus – Carlyle Management.
Homeowner issues: Bob Butkowski (butkowrj@yahoo.com) (Wendell) moved in last fall and wanted a general idea of what the Board does. Specifically he wanted to know more about the pool rumors he had heard and wanted us to know that he agrees we need a larger pool. Board updated Bob as to the facts as they exist right now and reiterated that the matter would be put up for a vote by all homeowners.

2009 meeting were approved. Will be sent to Sean for website posting.

for coordinating the Girl Scout Nature Park Halloween activity.
Thank You to Bill
for following our process regarding the filing of liens on delinquent
homeowners.
Issue 1: Clubhouse rental process Jeanne handed out statistical data on 2007, 2008 and 2009 use regarding paid and not paid events. Kevin was not at the meeting so the topic was only lightly discussed. Take away action items include calling other Associations to see what/how they do pro bono events and the topic was tabled until next month. Dave for the Agenda please!

discussed; Jeanne to send around an email asking for input. Goal is to distribute this newsletter in
early November.
