Board of Managers Meeting

October 30, 2006

Meeting Called to Order: 7:33 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Dave Celznick, Bill Mazzolini, and Olivia Poggenpohl

Board Members Absent: Karri Furness, Robert Richenburg, and Ed Fratus (Carlyle Management)

Home Owners Present: Sean Flaherty, Tony Barzacchini, Tom Zoldesy, Tom Mehan, Kevin Romanchok, and John Bauer

Soccer Field Discussion

• Tony presented proposal to add a soccer field to the green space
• Current green space not suitable for running and playing sports
• Questions were raised by the board regarding feasibility, maintenance and costs
• Dave noted that:
• surrounding neighbors would need to be surveyed
• Requires a vote from the entire community
• Consider creating a general purpose field for multiple sports
• Next Steps:
• Dave to get copies of proposal to Kari and Bob for further evaluation
• Assess home owner need
• Survey home owners again regarding needs

Topic 1: Annual Budget Review & 5 Year Plan

• Sean and Bill presented numbers to date for 2007 Budget & Expenses
• Board to approve
• Items to consider
• New parking lot
• Look at past home owner surveys to generate wish list
• Send ideas to Bill to be included on the list
