Board of Managers Meeting

Meeting Called to Order: 7:40 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Dave Celznick, Pete Just, Sean Flaherty, Bill Mazzolini, Kari Furness, Olivia Poggenpohl

Unable to Attend: Leslie Bemis, Ed Fratus (Carlyle Management)

·         Bob Richenburg for use of his basement for meetings

·         Introductions -  All –  Dave, Bob, Sean, Pete, Olivia, Kari, Bill

 

Topic 1: New Board Roles

·         Dave proposed a motion to accept resignation of Leslie Bemis. Bob R. seconded motion. All approved and motion carried.

·         Dave proposed a motion to accept Olivia to the board for a 1-year term, replacing Leslie. Bob R. seconded motion. All approved and motion carried.

·         Described roles and responsibility of each position.

·         Position were filled

·         Dave Celznick – President

·         Kari Furness – Vice President

·         Bill Mazzolini – Treasury

·         Olivia Poggenpohl – Secretary

·         Bob Richenburg – Trustee – Directory

 

Topic 2: Committee Reformation  

·         Grounds, Landscape, Tennis Courts, Nature Park

·         Dave and Kari

·         Pool, Clubhouse and Parking Lot

·         Bill and Dave

·         Arch Review

·         Olivia  and Bob

·         Communications: Website & Newsletter

·         Olivia and Bob

·         Sean agreed to continue to update website

·         Pete will help Olivia to produce newsletter

·         Neighborhood Watch

·         Olivia and Bill

Topic 3: Review with ED  Kip  Phase 1

·         Make sure papers are signed and notarized.

 

Topic 4: Transition Review of Culvert / Nature Park

 

·         Next Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 8th at the Clubhouse at 7:30 pm.

·         Dave motioned to close the meeting and Bob seconded motion.

·         Meeting Adjourned at 9:10 pm.
