Meeting was called to order at 7:40

Homeowner issues: No homeowners present
Minutes from March 2009
meeting were approved. To be sent to Sean for website posting.
Thank You to Jeanne for the coordinating, supervising the playground
installation.
Thank You to Bill coordinating
the pool preparation and opening on time and arranging a safety inspection regarding
the pool equipment.
Thank You to Ed for
water blasting the clubhouse building and cleaning the deck furniture.
Election results -
Jeanne and Kevin will continue on the Board as they were unopposed. A motion was made and carried to keep our
present positions which are: Dave,
President; Bill Vice President; Kevin Treasurer; Jeanne Secretary and Bob
Trustee.
Miscellaneous topics/discussion points:
Kevin is looking for ways to
reduce banking fees.
Jeanne and Kevin
to review the insurance policy in place for the Association.
Brief review of
the Brunner contract to determine that we pay per mow.
Issue 1: Pool
Season 2009 - Bill provided the draft copy of the pool rules for 2009. Slight modifications were incorporated and
all voted to approve. Metro will be
providing gate checks to ensure Highland Park Residents are using the
pool.
Issue 2: Jeanne to send Ed an email asking for an update on the Mailboxes in need of maintenance. Ed responded that he would do a drive by inspection and we could send letters out with a due date here in the summer.
Issue 3: Review of delinquent accounts and next steps decided.
Issue 4: Property transfer agreements were reviewed by
the Board and will be going to the Wendell residents that have landscaping on
the Association property. A walk/review
of the basin will be conducted over the next few weeks
to see what progress has been made in the area.
