Meeting called to Order: 7:37 pm

Board Members in Attendance: Dave Celznick, Bill Mazzolini, Karri Furness, Olivia Poggenpohl, Jeanne Stark, and Ed Fratus

Topic 1: Nature Park Issues & Update

Nature Park

·         Received quotes from Brunner subcontractor

Next Steps

    • Ed to back and ask to stick to scope as indicated previously, extend mound to property line and raise burm
    • Ed  to ask Brunner to quote on reseeding
    • Ed to ask Brunner and ask them to take out extra pipe                    

 

Montrose Basin

·         Karri received quotes from Brunner subcontractor

            Next Steps

·         Bill to contact Gary to discuss the issue with Montrose headwall abutting the Marshall property

·         Present the issue and allow Gary to provide his opinion

 

Parking Lot

·         Ed has quotes for resurfacing

Next Steps

·         Dave motion to talk about in August

·         Ed to get more quotes for installation in September

 

Topic 2: Mailbox Maintenance & Options

·         Letter sent to homeowners

·         Ed working on getting prototype

Next Step

·         Olivia to schedule meeting with team of Bill and Jeanne and make recommendations for next steps

 

Topic 3: Pool Operations

·         The pool is operational and on schedule to open

·         Pool rules to be mailed this week

·         Fence needs work

·         Opening may be a problem for the vendor

·         Three large cracks in the pool

·         Bill to take care of fence

 

 

Topic 4: Pond Signs

·         Ed to purchase signs for pond

Next Steps

·         Put notice in newsletter and website about no parking on parking strip  Summer Best Practices and motorized vehicles on sidewalk – FAQ’s

·         Call local non-emergency police number

·         OP to call Bill Byram at Avon Services Dept ask what our latitude to keep people off tree lawn on both sides can we get no parking on non-hydrant side of street – dangerous curve and close to lights.            

·         Bill to add to next rule book

New Business – Improve Clubhouse Security

·         Bill proposes that we improve security for clubhouse

·         Suggests new locks with non-duplicating keys
